Terms of use
By signing up, creating an account, participating in, joining a course and/or membership offered by Sephora Grey and/or Topping the Curve (hereinafter, “Topping the Curve”) you hereby understand and agree that:
- Refund policy. Topping the Curve provides all its content, benefits, and services upfront and immediately upon purchase and for that reason the policy is no refunds.
- The courses and/or memberships offered do not include 1-1 help. The memberships and courses do not include 1-1 help, advice, or individual work, unless explicitly outlined. Any such request for 1-1 help is not guaranteed.
- Monthly payment plans are made monthly and will be completed automatically for the following month on that same date. Payment plans are NOT a month-by-month or subscription opportunity. It is a plan that allows you to finance THROUGH Topping the Curve instead of through your bank or other financing institution. Regardless of the point in which you finish your course or membership and/or coaching, you are required to make all payments until your payment plan is complete. We offer these payment plans to spread out the cost and make our services as accessible as possible to a variety of individuals. We do not offer refunds once services have begun and by signing up for a payment plan you understand and agree to pay the full value of the service, regardless of whether you “cancel” or choose to stop using the service. Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate action such as sending your account to collections or the filing of a suit.
- Any 1-1 coaching service is separate from and not included in any course offerings and/or membership offer. There will be a separate cost for any requested or offered 1-1 coaching.
- Signing up for and/or requesting 1-1 coaching does not guarantee that you will receive 1-1 coaching.
- There is no guarantee of results or your desired result including but not limited to:
- Admission to a specific law school
- Scholarships to a specific law school
- Acceptance or an offer to any job
- Higher grades or improved performance at law school
