Topping the Curve

By signing up, creating an account, participating in, joining a course and/or membership offered by Sephora Grey and/or Topping the Curve (hereinafter, “Topping the Curve”) you hereby understand and agree that:

1. All content and material in the course or referred to in the course, no matter the format, is under no circumstances to be copied, retained, recorded, distributed or re-distributed in any format. 

• Sharing the content, material, and/or information with others who are not in the course or membership is also a violation of the intellectual property rights of Topping the Curve and is strictly prohibited.

2. The content, material, and information included in any such course or membership is solely the intellectual property of Topping the Curve and any dissemination of the information is a violation of the rights of Topping the Curve and may subject you to legal action.

• No content on this website, including but not limited to, photos, blog posts, or podcasts, or any other written, audio, or visual content may be printed, used, shared, or otherwise disseminated in either its original, copied, or reformatted form.

3. Nothing written, heard, or otherwise produced from Sephora Grey, Topping the Curve, or anything else on this website, is intended to create a binding contract between you and Topping the Curve; and any advice taken from Sephora Grey, Topping the Curve, or their affiliates, is to be taken at your own risk.

4. All advice given by Topping the Curve in any form is purely intended for informational purposes and any advice taken, applied, or considered is done at your own risk. Topping the Curve assumes no responsibility, legal or otherwise for any results or consequences that may turnabout from your actions after viewing, listening, reading, or otherwise consuming information in the course, membership, or other program offered by Topping the Curve 

5. All advice given on Topping the Curve or it’s social media or any other platform are purely the opinions of Topping the Curve and is not the opinion of any law school, law firm, or other entity or business entity who may employ Sephora Grey or be affiliated with Topping the Curve

6. By signing up for an account, joining a course and or membership to Topping the Curve you are agreeing to abide by these terms of use and all terms that could reasonably be understood to fall within these terms of use. 

7. Any dispute that may arise in connection with any services provided or offered by Topping the curve, the privacy policy, terms of use, or any other dispute that relates to law school admissions coaching, course, and/or application packages will go to an arbitration in the venue of choice by and Topping the Curve and will be considered and arbitrated under the laws of the State of Maryland by an arbitrator licensed to arbitrate such as JAMS or other known entity. 

8. Any lifetime access guarantees for courses are valid so long as the hosting site is up and running, and the course is available for purchase. This is the case regardless of whether the failure for the course to be available for purchase is at the fault of Topping the Curve. Topping the Curve may choose to discontinue offering the course and this stops the lifetime guarantee as the course will be considered no longer available for purchase.
